The Big Boy Restaurant on W. Glenoaks may not be the original Bob's Big Boy but we like it and our kids love it. This restaurant still has most of the old classics including the double decker Big Boy hamburger, onion rings, french fries and the delicious Big Boy shakes. My wife and I usually each have the Big Boy Combo and we split a shake. Our kids are usually kept busy coloring or looking at the comic books. They like almost anything on the kids menu. This establishment is clean and well maintained and the service while not exactly speedy is friendly. The servers always make our kids feel welcome. If you have room for dessert, try their strawberry pie or their hot fudge ice cream cake.
This Big Boy is an excellent family restaurant, a nice variety of good food, pleasant, friendly service, reasonable prices all with a nostalgic atmosphere.
